Throughout universal existence it has been evidenced that the ideal male body type has been lean, muscular (not over the top) and athletic. Statues of the best soldiers in history all over the world exhibit this. Perfect proportions and symmetry embody the ideal male physique. This means being lean and muscular without looking like something that was created in a lab experiment. Creating that "V taper" shape where the chest is broad with wide shoulders and a tight waist means developing the back, chest and shoulder muscles. Planning towards building an aesthetic body which displays beauty, appreciates art and symbolises strength will allow you to attain the optimal physique.
- Wide shoulders = Strength
- Narrow waist = Healthy body fat
Tip: Perception and appearance is very important. Sometimes you can appear to look more muscular and leaner than someone even if they are actually more muscular and leaner than you. Working on building all the muscle groups to an adequate level will help you create the perfect physique.
