Stress makes you fat


In a mental or biological context stress is a physical, mental or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. This can be strain/tension caused by adverse or demanding circumstances. Stress is a normal part of life that can help us to overcome situations or on the other hand it can lead to more serious problems such as high blood pressure. An increase in the stress hormone cortisol has been shown to increase appetite, driving cravings for unhealthy food and thus making it easy to accumulate belly fat.

What chest muscles do



Who wants to have a fat saggy chest that does nothing helpful and only damages your health/appearance ? The chest muscles, also referred to as the pectoral muscles or simply the "pecs", are underrated in what they actually do. They control the movement of the arms in various directions as well as being responsible for body movements which involve flexion (bending), abduction (movement away from middle of body) and rotation (turning). Now is the time to clear up that throwing a punch is nearly all in the chest; not about how big or strong your arms are.

The ideal male physique


Throughout universal existence it has been evidenced that the ideal male body type has been lean, muscular (not over the top) and athletic. Statues of the best soldiers in history all over the world exhibit this. Perfect proportions and symmetry embody the ideal male physique. This means being lean and muscular without looking like something that was created in a lab experiment. Creating that "V taper" shape where the chest is broad with wide shoulders and a tight waist means developing the back, chest and shoulder muscles. Planning towards building an aesthetic body which displays beauty, appreciates art and symbolises strength will allow you to attain the optimal physique.
