Before you start something it is a good idea to set yourself some goals beforehand. By setting goals you allow the possibility and drive to motivate you to achieve them. This could be anything from wanting to lower your body fat % ,to getting stronger, following a fitness routine or training for an event. Goals can push you in a positive way by making you want to reach more new targets each time goals are met.

Tips for exercise

Following my last post about outside gyms, here I am demonstrating the chest press. Remember to exhale as you push and inhale as the bars come back to the start. This exercise is great to build the pectoral muscles and broaden the chest.
Tip: Do 10 sets of 20 reps with only 30 seconds rest in between sets to get a good pump where all the blood and nutrients fill into the chest providing the optimal growth environment for muscle.
Its great training outside as you are exposed to sunlight and you are able to absorb vitamin D which aids the synthesis of testosterone which is a hormone fundamental for building muscle.
