Many people think they know everything or something about health and fitness. But you can never know everything. Everyday you can learn and become better but first you must be open minded and believe the facts; not what you hear. When even the Government, food labels and so called fitness experts are telling us false facts, you can see why people are struggling. When supermarkets are selling chocolate that is "sugar free"and the Government is "alarmed" at the statistics of obese people in the UK, this takes misleading to another level.
For example, in Sainsbury's, this chocolate bar claimed to be sugar free but actually had 60g of sugar per 100g. So that's 45g of sugar per 75g bar. So that's 11 teaspoons of pure sugar per bar. Another claimed to be reduced in sugar when it contained roughly the same amount as the sugar free bar.
Tip: Do research, read books, talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. Someone who was/is proven. Sometimes it can be hard to tell if someone wants to help you but actions never lie.
