Perfect posture

You've always been told or heard someone say "Sit up straight !" or "Don't hunch you shoulders/arch your back" but why is this so important ? Adopting good posture will allow you to be more efficient in your day to day activities with less stress on your body's muscles and ligaments. This provides you with more energy as the muscles are correctly aligned and being used how they are meant to. There are so many positives through keeping good posture so you should not neglect exercise and weight training which helps to develop muscle areas to make them tight and strong which will give you great posture.

Tip: As you become more experienced with exercise and weight training, your posture will only get better and better. The key way to improve your posture is by working your abdominal muscles which strengthen the core and also your lower back muscles which connect the spine and pelvis. Keeping perfect posture will prevent injuries and sustain maximum body efficiency.
